Currently, we are experiencing some problems with one of the hard drives on the server where your account is located.We are working on solving this issue as soon as possible but please keep in mind that after booting the server we'll have to perform a file system check, which will result in several hours of downtime. This check is necessary in order to prevent any eventual data loss on the server.

We can not provide an Estimated Time Allocation (ETA) but will keep this news updated as the situation develops.

UK.CloudLogin.Co outage (Solved)

Dear Customers,

Our Data Centre in London is experiencing a temporary outage. The Data Centre Staff is currently investigating issues which are directly impacting our servers. They should provide us with a further update with more information within the next 60 minutes. Our system administrators are onsite as well, working with the data centre technicians to fix the problem as quickly as possible.

Update: Our data centre staff has identified the faulty device at the Maidenhead facility causing the network instability and they are preparing a replacement for installation. We will provide another update within 30 minutes.

Update 2: Data centre staff have replaced the faulty device. Unfortunately the network instability still continues and there could be some timeouts noticed. We will post an update once we have further news.

Update 3:Trouble has been resolved half an hour ago and services are now operational as they should.
