Mail server hardware failure (Solved)

Dear Customers,

We regret to inform you that there was a hard disk failure on one of our mail servers and the faulty hardware is being replaced.

Unfortunately that will require a file system check before booting which will result in several hours of downtime.

Update: The problem has been solved. We had to setup a new server and transfer the e-mail accounts from  the affected hard drive to the new server, that is what caused this significant delay. The new mail servers is now operational.

Us.cloudlogin.co - Unscheduled Maintenance for HDD Repair (Solved)

Dear Customers,

We regret to inform you that a trouble has been noticed with some HDDs on the server. Because of this issue, it is possible for your websites to be not accessible. File system check is running on the problematic HDD.

During the following hours the procedure should be completed and the service back to normal.

Update: It appears that the trouble is more complicated than we have expected and it will take more time to be resolved than the expected initial period. We will keep you posted with new information when available.

Update2: Accounts from problematic storage server have been transfered to a new one and they all should be operational now.

SupremeCenter300 rack change - Tuesday, April 9th (Resolved)

We would like to inform you about an upcoming server rack change that will take place on April 9th, between 4 pm - 6 pm EST (Sydney Time).

During this frame the expected server downtime is about 30 minutes and we will do our best to complete the procedure as fastest as possible.

Dear Customers,

We would like to inform you about an issue with the web services that we are currently experiencing, related to one of the web servers of US.Cloudlogin.Co, which may be causing connectivity issues to your websites, issues with the login to the Control Panel or accessing the contents of your account through FTP or the integrated File Manager.

Start time: 09:10 PM GMT
End time: 11:30 PM GMT

The web server is currently non-accessible due to unexpected maintenance and our administrators are working to fix it as quick as possible.
