A problem with one of our mail servers required a reboot to be performed which was followed by a RAID repair procedure which will take some time to complete. During this period an interruption of the mail services of e-mails served by this machine may occur.
We apologize for the inconvenience caused and we thank you for the understanding in this matter.
We can not provide an Estimated Time Allocation (ETA) but will keep this news updated as the situation develops.

We are currently experiencing some problems with the mail server that is handling the emails for your hosting account.
To be able to get this solved as fast as possible we have temporary disabled the mail service, including POP3, IMAP and SMTP access.

Currently, we are experiencing some problems with one of the hard drives on the uk.cloudlogin.co server on our UK Data Center.
We are working on solving this as soon as possible but keep in mind that after booting the server we'll have to perform a file system check, which will result in several hours of downtime. This check is necessary in order to prevent any eventual data loss on the server.
We can not provide an Estimated Time Allocation (ETA) but will keep this news updated as the situation develops.

Update: 16:00 CDT/ 21:00 UTC - Email services are operational already. There is still a problem with one of our MX servers, while the rest will handle the email traffic.
There could be only a slight delay noticed in messages' delivery while this problem is being solved completely.
