SupremeCenter300 IP Address (Solved)

Dear Customers,

We are currently experiencing a problem with one of our IP addresses: 122.252.15.229, which seems to be null routed.

Our administrators are working on this topic with the data center stuff at the moment. The IP address will be changed for websites but an hour will be necessary for the new one to propagate, therefore websites could be inaccessible.

UK DC Scheduled Rack Change / Network Maintenance (Solved)

Dear Customers,

We would like to inform you about an upcoming maintenance in our UK Data Center scheduled to take place later this week.

Starting from tomorrow May 14th, we will be relocating our servers to new racks and will also be performing a major network upgrade.

The expected downtime frame for the scheduled maintenance procedures is about 1 hour. As we will be following a dynamic schedule, we could not give you an exact date and time frame for the transfer of your particular server. However, we can assure you that all procedures will be performed with minimum downtime. Also, no action will be required on your end while the maintenance is taking place.

us.cloudlogin.co Mail Server Issue (Solved)

Dear Customers,

We regret to inform you that there is currently a hardware failure on one of our mail servers and the faulty hardware is being replaced.

Unfortunately that will require a file system check before booting which will result in several hours of downtime. During this period, you may experience issues with the connectivity to the mail server through your email clients, as well as inability to login to the RoundCube webmail client.

We will update this article when the hardware check has been completed and everything is back to normal again.

Update: We are currently in a process of migrating all accounts from the problematic mail server to a brand new machine. Mail accounts are transferred gradually and once accounts are transferred they will become operational as they should.
