This Tuesday, 18 December 2012, we will be making several improvements to our internal network in our US data center, Steadfast in Chicago.

We will set up both new hardware and new software for our network, which will result in improved connectivity redundancy and a much better reaction to DDoS (distributed denial of service) attacks.

We are also expecting network speed improvements, allowing for faster access to both your websites and control panels.

The update will start at 10:00 am EST (07:00 am PST; 15:00 pm GMT) and will be completed within an hour. During this time, all services will be off-line, including web sites, e-mails and Control Panel access.
