We have experienced some troubles with the mail service in our USA data centre recently and as a result a hard drive replacement is now being performed . The expected downtime is around 30 minutes. We will post an update when the procedure is over.

In the meantime you will not be able to access your email accounts via webmail or mail client but please rest assured that there is no risk of data loss.

Our system administrators are working closely with the data centre technicians to complete the task as quickly as possible.
