Dear Customers,

We regret to inform you that there is currently a hardware failure on one of our mail servers and the faulty hardware is being replaced.

Unfortunately that will require a file system check before booting which will result in several hours of downtime. During this period, you may experience issues with the connectivity to the mail server through your email clients, as well as inability to login to the RoundCube webmail client.

We will update this article when the hardware check has been completed and everything is back to normal again.

Update: We are currently in a process of migrating all accounts from the problematic mail server to a brand new machine. Mail accounts are transferred gradually and once accounts are transferred they will become operational as they should.
